We collect the information you provide when creating an account: your name, email address, and role. We also store the kit and product data you add to the platform, including product names, brands, shades, prices, expiry dates, purchase records, and any receipt images you upload.
Your data is used solely to provide the MUA Matière service — displaying your kits, tracking expiry dates, and sending expiry alert emails. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except where required to operate the service (e.g. Cloudflare for hosting and email delivery).
All data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Receipt images are stored as encrypted data within your account. Your data is stored in Australia/Pacific region servers where possible.
By creating an account you agree to receive transactional emails including account verification, password resets, and expiry alerts. You can adjust notification preferences in your Profile settings.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page. Deleted account data is purged within 30 days.
